Yeah, Teddy Robin. He was hilarious. Really brightened up the movie.

It's strange, everyone on this forum seems to hate the movie, and on KFC.com they seem to love it. And I'm somewhere in the middle.

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

I think I'll give it a rental - the trailer looked pretty funny and I was sure I recognised some of the music :D

Teddy Robin Kwan has been in the business forever.

He started out in a pop band in the 60s.

Ponyo (2008) - 4/5

Cute and charming little film in the vein of Totoro.

The Legend Is Born: Ip Man - 4/5
- A lot better than Ip Man 2, in my opinion. And although it was fairly brief, it was nice to see Sammo and Biao together again.

Fong Sai Yuk - 4/5
- I was genuinely surprised how funny this was. Michelle Reis and Sibelle Hu both looked great, and the action scenes were very well done. Loved it!

Hmmm... interesting. What did you find so great about it?
HungFist wrote: ...The storyline is standard drama, the acting is whatever, and the new theme song cover falls far behind Harada's original. The 1974 setting does, however, bring some minor spark, and Naka is a relatively nice girl when she’s not screming too much. Hardly a good film, but not downright terrible either. 2/5

Haven't seen Story of Ricky in ages. Gruesome but so OTT and bonkers, as I recall :D
