Cheers dude. I've just ordered "Born to Fight"; I figured I should give it a go.

It's also £7.99 from CD WOW but I'd have to use a £1 voucher.

I'm definitely tempted by the Back To The Future trilogy for £15.99 - thats a bargain. I'll have to have a good look through the bargains though - there's loads!

saltysam, I've just today received Outlaw Brothers but I've not seen the film before & I doubt I'll have time to watch it tonight so I probably won't be able to give you any views on it until Sunday at the earliest. Are there no reviews out there for this title yet?

Yep from DVD Times.

It strangely only has the original mix of Cantonese DD2.0 Surround (or English DD2.0 Surround too of course). This will please many but my point that's odd not to have a DD5.1 remix.

The Outlaw Brothers isn't really a good film... HKL should've gotten Frankie Chan's Burning Ambition instead.

I ordered A Chinese Ghost Story II for the bargain price of £5.99. A tenner saved for a film that only came out two months ago? Class. :D

My Dad ordered the BTTF set (he's currently got the previous misframed edition). Another strong value set.

Has the new Back to the Future box set (with the blue shiny cover) got proper framing on all three films, then?

Mind, Body And Kick Ass Moves (2 Discs) for 4.99 is a bargain for how much entertainment you get :) just watching the presenter getting the crap smacked out of him by some old master is always funny.

According to a Dutch review site it has... I couldn't find a UK-based review.

Can your Dad tell the difference Mark?

So does this new 4 disc BTTF box beat the R1 and Japanese R2 box sets? I remember originally the R1 was better for more extras (or DTS from the UK R2).

The new set has just been sent so we'll have to wait and see. I'm not sure my dad would've noticed to be honest until I pointed it out to him! :D

Also ordered Stallone's NIGHTHAWKS for £3.99.

I know it's the R-rated print (boo!) and apparebtly two songs are missing (boo!) but with 16:9 it's the best there is... :|

So it bugged him when you did, enough for him to fork out for another box set? Even if I had pointed it out to my Dad he'd not have cared.

He's only got a WS TV because he wanted a larger screen and the Dixon's man (shock horror) recommended WS. He never notices cropping or P&S.

p.s - 16:9 is just a ratio you mean anamorphic or at least 16:9 Enhanced!

Yeah, of course, I mean who wants part of the picture missing? Bad enough if you don't realise, but knowing and ignoring makes you a prat. Also there's a extra disc my Dad doesn't have so why not upgrade for a reasonable price?
p.s - 16:9 is just a ratio you mean anamorphic or at least 16:9 Enhanced!
Obviously.

thing is you would probably get a tenner at least ebaying the old release. buying this at that price really is a no-brainer imo

I've not found one yet either Romero.

That depends how bad the cropping is IMO, if it's minor then I wouldn't bother.

Besides my point that most parents don't seem to remotely care, in my experience.

Then why make yourself look ignorant?

Was the French language that bad? Most are minor aren't they? It doesn't bother me.

I have DVDs with French, Spanish, Danish, Chinese, Thai, Korean + More on them. It doesn't bother me.
