Hmmm... cut in what way? Less footage than the Thai version? Because I think Bey was talking about footage that has been shot, but never inserted into any version of the film.

Exactly. I don't think there is any other difference (apart from picture and sound quality).

I like the new score. I wouldn't say that it fits the film better or worse. It's just a different approach to score the film. Especially, during the final fight, the music is just awesome.

However, I also have to say I'm happy to own all three versions of the film.

Swing Girls is the only film I've seen on your list Bisc - but I liked it :D A fun, lighthearted J-comedy with some fine jazz tunes on the soundtrack :D

Aye I knew you enjoyed it.

In fact, every film on that list is Japanese. I'll report back once I watch them all.

Ordered Full Contact yesterday from CD-Wow, using a 1 pound link & 1 pound voucher combi :D, so it only costs me 5 pounds! :D
I just got a message it has been dispatched. Cool to see the combi working again :)

Havent seen the movie ever before. Overall reviews/opinions are quite positive, so should be cool..

I take it you got the HKL version.

So funny that Gary Daniels joins Bey Logan during the audio commentary.

Yeah, the HKL version (I think, I hope)
Wow... didnt know about GD joining 'B. Log' (from now on I'm cutting his name, as I feel it's more hip so it will appeal to the all-important young demographic. I'm sure B. Log will understand. :D )
Gary Daniels had absolutely nothing to do with Full Contact, did he!? So why bother bringing him in!? Like I said, I havent seen the movie yet, so perhaps he is in it. I dont know.

Gary just happened to be in HK and he and Bey met on a day when he recorded the commentary, so he just took Gary along with him.

Ordered Crash. That's the 2004 film... not the 1996 erotic car movie.

Ah, that's cool of Bey. Does it have a positive or a negative effect on the commentary though!? I hope it won't dissolve into chatter...
