I do remember someone saying ages back there was a programme which automatically filled in it all for you, they just had to fill in the deatils once and the process was done automatically, so in theory they could set up thousands of accounts

I am sure quite a few people did that with them 5 pound Play vouchers too, people were bragging they had 10, 20 or more when so many people didnt even get 1.

That's really bad management and lazy Play employees for allowing it.

Yup a lot of people didnt get 1, I went for 1 and got it, the thing is there was probibly enuff for 1 for everyone at least, but once the multiple scammers got them all on mass, there wasnt much of a chance for most normal people.

Do you get other e-mails? Is the e-mail address in your account correct? Do you have a Spam filter?

Romero has the same problem btw. E-mail them.

I always get an e-mail.

They always come from HK I'm sure.

I got sent an e-mail from CD-WOW saying I didnt qualify for the £8.75 voucher but I got 3 £3 vouchers instead.

One thing is that when I did last shop, i filled in the survey that they were conducting as well.. So that may be it.
