Nope, at least I wouldn't say she is:
"Kelly is a fourth-generation American with Chinese, Hawaiian and English ancestry.
Ethnicity: Chinese, Hawaiian and half English making her Eurasian."
She was born in Hawaii so really Hawaiian-American but seeing as Hawaii is very much part of America I'd say America. That said IMDB says she's Asian-American so what do I know.
So according to IMDB she's Eurasian AND Asian-American. O-Kay!
IMO it all gets really silly when people start reciting all the connections they have.
Like when Eva (No offence intended) said he has Scotish, Dutch, Portuguese, Indian and Sri Lankan blood in him. Those connections are so distant you can barely bring them up.
There's nothing at all African about 90% of African Americans except their skin colour. Why don't many/some White Americans call themselves British-American or English-American??? It makes just as much sense as Irish-American.
I'm Irish-English or English-Irish (you decide). My Dad was born in Ireland from Irish parents but moved to England when he was very young. My Mum's father was Irish but her Mother is English.
Technically I'm more Irish than English yet I've lived here all my life (technically most of it but it's already confusing enough).
I'm English (with Irish extraction). Done!
