Yeah, bad refereeing. They also scored a 3rd goal that turned out to NOT be offside, so that one should have stood as well. Villa Real deserved a penalty... and the referee was just being a dick the whole match through, favouring Arsenal pretty much the whole match, giving yellow cards for minor offences while letting harder shit slip.

The match was pretty average overall. Not all that great. Wenger really should have brought on Bergkamp much sooner, but Wenger is always scared to make substitutions in a match. He's a great coach for young talent, but not really a very good tactician.
Van Hanegem was in the studio and he was really pissed off, and questioning Wenger's qualities as a coach :)

I'm glad Arsenal won obviously, but it was an annoying game to watch, with Wenger being a dumbass and the refs being blind dickheads...

Only fun thing about is was the Squirrel. He had a better game then Ljungberg, thats for sure :)

The squirrel was great :D I'm sure it'll be on Soccer AM soon :D
Looking forward to the next match.
When was the "third" goal? Must've missed that.

2nd half... there was an attack from arsenal and in the end the ball went in after some combinations, but the ref had already blown his whistle. Yet the replay showed it wasnt offside, so he shouldnt have stopped the game.

LOL

He´s the best in Austria...
The squirrel was great, I agree. It completly deserved the applause. :D

Overall the other semifinal, Milan vs. Barca was much more entertaining.
Ronaldinho is a god, although he tried too much in the first half.

Hope Barcelona and Arsenal will make it to the finale, although I also like Villareal, but a spanish duel in the finale wouldn´t be so interesting...

Yeah I think they'll get through too.

Bye bye chelski - they cant do the double now :D

Spurs were much better against Arsenal overall imo (though they raised their game when Fabregas and Henry came on) and dserved a point at least. The game should of stopped when Toure and Eboue were both down injured though :? :x

What do you think about the Arsenal-Spurs thing? OK Toure and Eboue colided with each other so it wasnt Spurs's problem but Eboue DID need treatment, so the ball should of gone out of play no? :?

Against the mighty Barca? I doubt it. But good luck to both teams :-)

Bit harsh with Shevchenko's goal being disallowed. Would've loved to have seen a game with a bit more spike to it :-)
