Legend of Evil Lake.

The CS DVD suffers from minor edge-enhancement that produces more grain (visible at the bottom of the frame).

The lower bitrate of the french DVD produces a slight drop in sharpness in dark scenes. I'd have to give the edge to the Korean disc for video quality.

Overall I prefer the french DVD for its flawless subtitles and its exclusive 38-minute interview with the director (in english, with burnt-in french subs).
All the extra features of the korean disc are also present on the french disc, with french subs.
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

Why ask the director to speak in English and then not English subs for the feature? That's really stupid.

They may as well let him speak in Korean. They'd include burnt in French subs either way.

I'd say it's about even. The Frenchie looks better in the first but the last goes to the Korean. Both look decent.
