The game mechanic looks very "meh"? It is an amazing game! I bet your brother doesn't like it because he probably can't get past the first boss.

Seriously, you should give it a go at least. Its the most advanced fighting game in terms of fight mechanics in the history of this type of action game.

Sir yes sir!

I was thinking of doing a couple of Christina Milian & Rihanna GIFs, but I haven't had the time yet.

I just wish The Pussycat Dolls would do a nude version of that video minus everyone but Nicole! :D

No, he really rates it (I'm sure I said that first time :D). I'm the one that can't be bothered and thinks it looks so-so.
As for the game, he's clocked it a couple of times and he's getting all the secret bits and stuff I certainly don't have time for anymore. I used to go back and replay games to find the secret bits, but I barely have time to play games once (*looks sadly at Paper Mario 2*) let alone multiple times.
IronMonkey wrote:I was thinking of doing a couple of Christina Milian & Rihanna GIFs, but I haven't had the time yet.
Well, find the time. Stop playing games and get on with it!
As for the choice of ladies, they're fine. Oh yes, they are, Christina Milian, especially :)
Also, consider a very specific scene from N.E.R.D's She Wants To Move. Aside from being a very good music video in its own right, it has one of the girls from Misteeq (the hottest one, in my opinion, though they were all fine) doing a rather enticing series of moves.
Or obviously, there's N.E.R.D's classic Lap Dance but I don't think you can make an animated GIF of the whole video, can you? ;)

Why the hell would you only want Nicole? I mean, yeah, she looks nice, but the more the merrier, surely?! :D

The Christina Milian (she's so pretty, especially in her new video) & Rihanna ones are in the pipeline because I've got the videos...

I know the "She Wants To Move" video, and yeah I like that lass too. I'll have to see if I can find a decent quality version to download...

I only want Nicole so that I can concentrate on her! She's the finest thing ever in my opinion & I'd much rather take my time up perving on her than all of them! The others are not bad, but Nicole is just so sexy!

Been playing Ninja Gaiden Black the last couple of days: pretty scary at times. Right now I'm under the monastary and there are zombies and bats and a big as giant skeleton waiting to come alive and I'm having a hard time coping with it all: My sensei never told me about this shit! I'm just a regular ninja trying to have a regular normal ninja life... OK... so I'll have a few fights with samurais and other ninjas and even some high-tech soldiers, but now I'm fighting the living dead!? I'll tell ya: they dont smell nice!

Anyway, it's a pretty hard game and I'm just playing it at NORMAL. I guess I'm just a bit of a crappy videogamer.

Saw Gun and Ultimate Spiderman in the shop today for 5 euro each, but not sure if I'll pick either of them up. They've gotten OK reviews, but I've still got enough games left to play, so I shouldnt bother with the mediocre ones.
I really want to pick up Moto GP 3 and/or Rallisport 2, but MotoGP is hard to find in the shops.

My brother's playing on Master Ninja mode, which apparently is unlocked after completing hard, so he's played a fair few times.
He said that if you die enough times on Normal, Ninja Dog mode is unlocked, which is an easier version of normal in that there are more pick-ups.

Yeah I know about Ninja dog mode: if you die 3 times in succession in the first level, you get offered the chance to play the game in ninja-dog mode, which apparently is a bit easier and gives you more health and powerups etc. But I chose to keep playing this in normal :)

It's a nice kind of difficult, cause it's fair. So each and every time you'll do a bit better and come a bit further :)

Plus, I've beaten Revenge of Shinobi as a teen, so this should also be do-able ;)

I know where you mean. The skeleton demon is pretty hard to beat, you have to watch out for him swinging his tail & jump over it. Just hack away at his feet with the staff - you get more hits in with that than with the sword.

I just managed to get past that chapter (6) the other night, and last night I completed chapter 7. Today I'm going to have a go at chapter 8...

Ralliport Challenge 2 is a fantastic game. I absolutely love it & its a lot of fun on Live! :)

Cool: we're going through this thing together! :D
I'll be trying level 6 again tonight I think. I also got some tips from some other boards on how to best beat the zombies...

Damn, I really should have bought the game 2 weeks orso ago when I saw it for 10 euro including 3 months of xbox live...

Is it still being played on xbox live? because at times I try some games on live and many are pretty quiet. Not all that many people still playing. I guess most have switched over to 360 games...

I think the most popular games are still being played on XBox Live, yeah. There's always people to play with on Rallisport Challenge 2, Halo 2, Battlefield 2, etc.

I just wish more people played Unreal Championship 2 online, but the game is laggy as hell so pretty much nobody plays it anymore...

Well... managed to kick the zombies asses... pretty easy now that I have a bit of an idea how to ...
Also kicked that skeleton dragon's ass, which also wasnt all that hard (just stick to the side, avoid his tail and block whatever he's throwing at ya, and just hack away at his paws whenever he sets them down...)
The hardest part was actually GETTING TO the fucking skeleton dragon, because once you come back from that zombie-invested dungeon, you have to do some wall-running and platform jumping and TBH it wasnt going as smoothly as it should have gone...

Anyway, did that, moved on further down the dungeons or whatever, kicked some more zombies ass, done some puzzles with the swinging big pointy knobs and red and blue eyes etc... also went past some black dogs and alot of bats... and now I wa sunderwater, used the fucking lift, ran into some ninja (which are the hardest (normal) opponents I feel, cause they keep bombing me...) and then went back into the big church where some ugly flying chick killed the shit out of me. Didnt help that I was pretty much all out of lifes, ninpo and energy by the time I ran into her...
Anyway, I booked a bit more progress tonight. Probably have to go back to an earlier savegame to re-do a big part of what I've played tonight, so I'll finish up with a bit more energy once I reach that flying chick...
So that's a shame...

Ow yeah, I was meaning to ask you: I read that this game has mission-modes? can you tell me what they are? I believe they're unlocked once I finished the game on normal?

Anyway, awesome game so far. reminds me a bit of the good old days when I was addicted to revenge of shinobi on the megadrive :)

11 euros well spent :P

Went back to Amsterdam today, and bought Rallisport Challenge 2 for 10 euro, including 3 months of Xbox live, as well as Psychonauts, which apparently is a really good game, for 7 euro.
Also bought a controller for the gamecube for 20 euro, as we only have 1 controller. Not that we have many multiplayer games, but it wont hurt to have an extra pad incase the 1st one breaks down or something...

Havent tried any of the games yet though...

My brother bought Prey; FPS with a gravity messing gimmick. Looks alright; uses the Doom 3 engine, but I've no idea how it plays really.

I got IL2-Sturmovik - Complete Edition for the PC, as I had the hankering for some WWII dogfights, and it's been ages since I've played a flight-sim. I've never really played a real flight-sim; just space ones like the Wing Commander and X-Wing series.
It's not particularly well-structured in terms of training or anything, but it seems like fun. I got 6 kills on my first sortie :D

Hey Kurgan you played Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney? I would get a new DS game soon but they all seem to be too expensive (£25/up) :(
Princess Peach sounds fun also.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is great fun. Very much like the old point-n-click types. And it features ludicrous OTT courtroom scenes, which are great fun :)
Haven't played Princess Peach, but you're right, it does seem like a laugh. :)

Hey Yi-Long, where are you up to on Ninja Gaiden Black? I'm still on Chapter 10, haven't had the chance to play it for the last few days...

WTF? Chapter 10 already?
I'm at level 6 I think, at Alma. But I need to go backa few saves cause the save I have before Alma I dont have enough life potions and stuff to keep me alive long enough to really pose a threat to Alma...
the last couple of days I've been practicing the beginning levels a bit again, and I can pretty much beat the first boss (nunchaku guy) without getting hit by him... :)
I really should get back to trying to progress in level 6 and beat Alma, but I dont feel like doing that whole level over again... with the blue/red eye and shit like that...

Also been playing Rallisport a bit. Prtety entertaining although much easier then Colin McRae 4

Psychonauts still unopened :)

Yeah, I had been playing pretty much non-stop in my free time until about 3 days ago. Now I'm stuck in the sewers on Chapter 10 & have no idea where to go...

It is pretty easy until you get to the last challenge mode; I think it's called the Pro mode. That's when it gets hard...

Hey Kurgan, have you played Astro Boy: Omega Factor? I heard that was very good (and hard to find) but I found it in my local games shop (£9,99) so got it for £1.99 with some trade ins :)
Still on World 5 on Mario BTW, seems fairly easy but annoying at the same time.
For some reason after World 3, I went straight to World 5, I missed World 4?

Barely scratched New Super Mario Bros. Keep getting distracted with the mini-games :D

As for Astro Boy: Omega Factor, nope, not played it. Wouldn't mind, but I'm getting to the phase (again) of buying too many games and not doing anything with them :)

How do you get in the 50's?!

I almost beat Bowser's Castle (World 5) last night :( In a funny way its actually best to play the Lite in total darkness. The screen is brilliant, even on its lowest setting in the dark. In a sunny room its actually too bright, IMO, with all the glare.

Sorry, I tell a lie. The scores I've got on that Whack-a-mole thing have been 71, 71, 70 and 61 :D

Conversely though, I've not played the main game a lot, and when I do, I can barely get past the first level without killing myself  :)
