My ImagineFX magazine finally arrived yesterday. Today my girlfriend is expecting her HiFi set, and hopefully this week my Alex Ross book will also be arriving.

Today I bought 2 games for my Xbox:
SSX on Tour and The Sims 2.
Both were only 5 euro.

Some other games like battlefield 2 and Goldfinger were also 5 euro, but they arent all that good I've read, so I decided not to buy them.

Mainly bought The Sims 2 for my girlfriend, as she seems to enjoy those kind of games (Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing)

I played the old original Sims on my pc a couple of years ago, but never got into it. Seemed pretty boring tbh. Take out trash, clean up, whatever...

I'm thinking about buying a VCR so I can perhaps record Dennis Bergkamp's testimonial this saturday. Or perhaps I could connect my TV cable to my pc and maybe record it like that? Not sure yet.

You bought The Sims 2 over Battlefield 2 for 5 euros? Are you mad? Battlefield 2 is great! Sod the girlfriend; go buy Battlefield 2!

Is Battlefield 2 still being played online?
I thought it got pretty mediocre reviews?
Plus my xbox-live connection isnt all that great anymore. I have a new modem, and I think I'll have to open some ports on it.

edit: My Alex Ross artbook arrived btw :)

Some Johnnie To films I´m ashamed I´ve not seen them yet...

-P.T.U.
-A Hero never dies
-The longest Night
-Running on Karma

Stephen Chow Sing-chi

-From Bejing with love :D

and a very rare Shaw movie, also starring Jackie Chan on VCD:

-The Golden Lotus

(I´m not expecting much from it, just watch it because it´s said to be one of Jackie´s weirdest roles...)

Just ordered a Canon MP500 multifunction printer, as my current HP is total shite which is keeping me from really getting anywhere with drawing etc.

Not only is it cut. As you might know, the German version comes straight from America, which is why it is so cut. The music is changed as well. The Muslim prayer calls were edited out and anthrax was changed to opium.

Does the longer cut improve the film LD? :) Its' in Cantonese right?
I've no problem with Jackie speaking English in "Who Am I" or "Accidental Spy" probably because its his natural voice.

The longer cut and correct version is indeed better. It is a mixture of Cantonese, Korean, English and Turkish. No dubbing here either.

bad fall while pretending to be a tightrope walker

She thinks she looks really cool, btw, like Frankenstein. She just took a break from chasing the dog through the house to tell me that NEXT time she gets stitches, she doesn't want them on her face, because she likes to be able to look at them without having to use a mirror. :P

NEXT time. Help me.
