Including cover art:

The Single Disc DVD stinks of a re-release. Where's the rumoured extended cut? Where's the DTS? Where's the second disc of extras?
I'm waiting to see what's released internationally, fingers crossed the UK at least gets the proper DVD.
Also the cover art is a bit lame.
Angel never wore an X-Men suit and that Trilogy box set just looks like all 3 in a box (i.e - not a proper box set). I've always hated that stupid X2 retitle for the North American market, clearly was to keep Bryan Singer happy but it was so unneeded. The rest of the world just called it X-Men 2.

Hey I could and should say more than Shit and Piss, as this release like so many others is a joke! and they are out to rip people off, I know beter and I will wait. Just hope hundreds of thousands of others do as well, but they wontKurgan wrote:My God, man, do you have to be so... coarse?

Eh? I'm pretty sure the film is called 'X2' and that the UK title is the one that's wrong. I think that on the film itself, the title comes up as 'X2'.bradavon wrote:I've always hated that stupid X2 retitle for the North American market, clearly was to keep Bryan Singer happy but it was so unneeded. The thing is they're not really ripping us off because:
1. Those who actually give a shit (not more shit) like us about getting the best version simply won't buy it.
2. Those who just want the film wouldn't upgrade anyway.

Exactly but then the R1 cover doesn't say X2 does it. My point that X-Men 2 is at least a reasonable retitle.gasteropod wrote:Eh? I'm pretty sure the film is called 'X2' and that the UK title is the one that's wrong. I think that on the film itself, the title comes up as 'X2'.

The European R2 (it's likely they'll be the same), R4 (again likely the same) and HK R3 look to be identical.
The HK R3 is cheaper, is digi-pack and I already have it on preorder. I'm sticking with this one. It's definitely flawed but not half as bad as many said. I enjoyed it but then I'm a sucker for X-Men.
