CD Japan question

Post by grim_tales »

Can I use other forms of shipping apart from EMS Express Mail (or whatever its' called)? I want to get the Who Am I DVD from them, if I use EMS Shipping it will cost almost as much to ship as the DVD is? :?

Thanks. :)
They reccomend EMS which is the most expensive though, but at least I won't get charged by customs (the DVD costs about $25 excluding shipping).

I always use air mail. It usually takes less than a week to arrive (to Finland that is).

Yep agreed definitely go with "Air Mail". You could pay extra for Registered but:

1. I've yet to have problems with Air Mail
2. I wonder if it's registered until it leaves Japan or to the UK? You'd need to check and if it's only until it leaves Japan it's pointless.

If you're in no rush of course Parcel Post is even cheaper.

It's registered all the way home to me atleast, so I'd guess it would be for any other destination country that offers registered mail...
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Actually where's the Customer Service form on Yes Asia? I e-mailed "products-info@globalyesasia" (something like that) but I got a reply back saying "No answer", when I clicked on the link in the e-mail to take me to the form, all that happened was I got sent back to my inbox.

Play-Asia have it, I'll probably use them rather than CD Japan :)
