Yup, DVDcrave are excellent from my experiences.

I've never used Ezydvd, but my friend has used them alot and praises them highly. The only problem is that they charge an arm & leg for shipping large items (eg boxsets) internationally.

DVD Crave are probably the best, EzyDVD are also good but charge to much for shipping (as Eva says especially box sets).

http://atlanticdvd.com.au are also good too. I've used them a couple of times but yeah overall I'd probably go with DVD Crave.

Brad/Eva how do you sign up with DVD Crave? There doesn't seem to be an obvious "New Account" sort of button.
Wierdly BTW theose Star Wars discs say "Pre-Order" on them, they should be out now. Maybe Crave don't have them in stock yet.

Why are you getting the R4? Are they cheaper? The CD WOW prices are good. They're out of stock at EzyDVD too. I wonder if they've been released in Australia yet?

When you checkout it will ask for your details. I'm not sure you have an account with DVD Crave. I can't remember.

I don't have an account with DVD Crave.
Yes the R4's are cheaper, about £7-8 though you're right the CD WOW prices are good. Pity about the R4 logos but you can't have everything :D

Yeah I know, as you said "Brad/Eva how do you sign up with DVD Crave? There doesn't seem to be an obvious "New Account" sort of button." hence why it will ASK for your details.

How much are the CD WOW prices?

£9.99 AD3 for the R4s.

Poor Grim, likes to watch covers rather than movies - can't get enough of those floating heads!

The R4 covers are the same? :?
I know what you mean but those logos do look awful :D

Brad I know that, but then you said "I'm not sure you have an account with DVD Crave, I can't remember".

I paid 50p each for my bootleg Star Wars Original Cut and I highly suspect they're as good quality :D

How do you get £3 off btw? I only know of £1 code + £1 link? Was this new while I was away?

Fair enough I see the confusion. I meant I "don't think" you have accounts with DVD Crave, you're always a guest but it looks like I'm wrong.

Ah thanks. What e-mail account are you using to create multiple accounts? How many times have you used it?

Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo Mail. Whatever really, no rhyme or reason there.

I've used the £2 ING Direct code about 6 times by itself (for items on which the £1 links don't work). Used £1 link + £2 ING code once for HKL Fist of Fury PE and the order went through fine.

Thanks. I'll give it ago next time, even though it's a pain creating a whole new account.

Is it worth picking up one of the Disney Golden Collection movies for a fiver?

http://www.dvdcrave.com/products/product.jsp?pid=679

The R1 claims to be "Remastered and restored" and from the runtime the R4 looks like an NTSC-PAL job :?

Considering how fast the R1 equivalents of those Disney classic restored cartoon LE boxsets go OOP and then go for loads on Ebay, I'd say that it's probably worth it. There, something for you to get with your Jedi LE order.

R1 is OOP (source) and the R4 appears to be native-PAL. This review of R4 says that the runtime is 70:56min, this review of the R1 says that the runtime is 74min - the 4% PAL speed-up smoking gun.

:D Fair enough.
TBH all the regions look to be the same and sell for more than £5 on Amazon, Play and the like.

Just ordered it. :)

It was quite funny because the offer is "All the Golden Collection Classics AUS$14.95, for a limited time only. Offer ends 30/6/2005 [or until sold out]"

:D Obviously hadn't sold well.
