Grim is back, alive and well, I'm sure you don't want to hear

I was in hospital being treated for food poisoning it seems (E-Coli)

I'll spare the gory details

I still feel a bit weak though

Ouch sorry to hear about that Grim... must have been pretty severe for you to go to the hospital. Did you eat out in a restaurant recently? Hope that the doctor find out what had happened for you..

Haven't really been eating out recently, as I say we've been trying to make a list of stuff we ate, it might have been caused by beef

They make hospital food gross on purpose. It's to make you sick over and over again, so you keep feeling miserable and have to stay longer then necessarry, so more cash for them.

Cook all food at least to 120 degrees celsius, reheat food to 85 degrees celsius and set your fridge to 4 degrees celsius.
