Universe has more natural colour in some shots and whilst Joy Sales is superior, it's marred down by PAL>NTSC conversion (ghosting, fake anamorphic (presumably) and edge enhancement.

Both are a mess but the JS at least is watchable mess.

Universe is also PAL>NTSC and blurred.
