It does make you think about quality control, maybe Anchor Bay had sacked all their Quality staff when that dvd was being made

Regarding the Millenium edition, on my copy the sound at the beginning of the film is incredibly muted for about 5 secs, thus rendering the opening bars of the music very hard to hear. This is on the mono and 5.1 tracks. Very strange...

Sadly they just remade this film again!!!!!!!

In 3D!!!!!1 Holy God I am going to have to see it, the trailer looks OK in a cheap way, jeez I love Savinis remake, just hope this 3D version is watchable in some way.

hey,

think it sounds fine on my Millenium disc. The orchestration is kind of meant to be more, I dunno, low and muted for lack of a better word and then break out once the logos start. Have no problem with it anyway.

Naahh it was a fad that lasted a bit, it nevercaught on much and the films that were blessed with the process were always ridiculed

some look shocking and people complained it hurt their yees to watch them

On the Legend, the audio sounds much better in that regard but it's heavily cropped in places. It's a real mess
