Film Fresh.com - US (?) site for World Cinema

Post by grim_tales »

Wondered if anyone had come across this? :)

http://filmfresh.com/

They seem to sell a mix of European/Asian films.
I still havent seen 2046 yet  I need to get CKE/Fallen Angels first though.

I'm not that familliar with Korean cinema either as some of you (I have seen Shiri, Vengeance Trilogy, JSA though).

Ask Eva to get you the R4 2 disc LE Tin before it sells out. You'll only regret it later.

You paid a small fortune for Seven Samurai: CC did you not, same thing. If you are too late (it's very much otherwise OOP) you'll have to plump for the R4 1 Disc (full length commentary from WKW expert) or UK R2 Tartan (Interviews from the cast).

Both offer Native-PAL and DTS. Avoid the R1 as it has a lesser DD5.1 soundtrack only (the rears are barely used).
I need to get CKE/Fallen Angels first though.
No 2046 is an LE those are not, you maybe too late already. The Tin is a fantastic set and by far the closest we've had to the French R2 Tin.

As for the website it looks interesting but where is the DVD info? It doesn't even say what region they are.

Most sites don't give the region of the discs they sell.

They're R1's.
