NIN and Dresdon Dolls

In case anyone actually noticed, ive been away from the boards over easter. the reason was partly to visit family but mostly because I had been gifted a ticket to see Nine Inch Nails first UK gig for 5 years at the London Astoria. Not ure if there are any fans on this site but they were totally awesome live, everything I had hoped for and more.

on a side note they were supported by the Dresdon Dolls whom I have been a fan of fo a while now, so by sheer coincidence I managed to knock off two of my 'must see some time in my life' bands

I heard the latest NIN single "Bite the Hand that Feeds" (or whatever it's called). Bloody good song IMO.

I've never heard any of NIN's stuff other than the Quake 1 soundtrack (which was pretty good); that song has me intrigued.

Can someone plz recommend me an album or two?

well the new album came out today but it is very different from their earlier stuff - its got the fans split in terms of like/dislike in a major way.

Pretty Hate Machine is widely regarded as THE nin album, pretty old now but still sounding great. if you are also a home cinema geek then their dvds are pretty awesome, Trent Reznor likes high sound quality, dts NIN rocks..

The Photek remix of the hands that feeds is absolutly thumping. Amazing when played at full blast

LOVE NIN.

REcently got a non-legit DVD featuring ALL the bands videos/woodstock 94 live /various 1994/95 stage footage!

Liked the new CD too.but it IS a little different than before.....DOWNWARD SPIRAL is still my Fave though!!

And I heard TRENT is really shy and awkward when you meet him..The complete opposite of his image!!
