I remember the late unlamented Shaolin Video used to offer copies of that for extortionate prices.

"Bruce Lee himself" - oh no, I thought it starred a clone :D

God I had loads like this from the very early 80's, no idea where they are now (in boxes in the loft I assume). Big chunky rental boxes like floats for swimming with. Drop them and no way you could ever replace them cases.

Why don't you sell it on eBay? Someone is bound to buy it. I'm guessing there is no hope in hell you can play it.

Look on Ebay, its like trying to sell poo to sewer workers, pretty much you get nothing for Vids now. No matter how rare or old. I remember selling some for £40 + now I would not even get the postage cost back.

I sold my Star Wars Silver Widescreen VHS box set for £8. It's money in my pocket. You don't get much but a fiver to me means it's worth a try.

I threw away my Star Trek box set (Films 1-9), it was a lovely box set too. I kept the outer box but put the videos in the bin. They were just wasting space.

TBH that boxart is a lot better than some of the Photoshop jobs they stick on DVD sleeves these days.

Did you see the Bruce Lee films when they were first released into cinemas? That must've been a cool time.

Crikey they are old :) you may be better putting up the back cover as well, some people love to see the backs of the box as well as the front :)

I pimp my sales when I think I will get some good cash for them, seems to work as well latley. Small cheaper things it is pointless I guess, standard dvds just do not sell well anymore :(

But last time I tried to sell vids I put up about 25 pretty rare ones, and 1 sold :( it did sell for a lot mind you I think it was The Hidden Ex Rental, sold for about £30 :D but as the rest did not sell I was pretty gutted overall, put me off even trying to sell vids on Ebay again.

Will be intresting to se if they sell and for how much :D

You have plenty for sale thats for sure :) I hate seeing good dvds go for such low prices, wish I could go back in time and sell them for a fortune when they first came out :D I ussually only have a few thigs up myself, gets a bit much for me wrapping everything up latley.

I'd rather sell a DVD for £1 and get rid of it than hold on to it and never use it, taking space up. In fact I have.

I sold a load for £1-3 each about a month ago, but I made about £60-70 so was quids in.

Lucky B. :D . It's no wonder you're into 70s cult films so much ;)

What about Star Wars? Oh man I wish I was there for those ones. Good Times!

Star Wars i stood in line for hours at the Odeon in Liverpool for,Jaws was another one :D back then these movies would be shown in one cinema in the area only when first released so the only option was queuing.today with multiplexes everywhere it's not an issue.

I bet that made it even more exciting though, still it wouldn't be fun waiting for hours to then see a shit film.

That's really not the same as seeing it in the 70s/80s before Star Wars blow up to be as enormous as it became.

But yes I saw A New Hope and Return of the Jedi. I missed Empire Strikes Back.

So I take it you never went to the cinema ever in the 90's as we always had to wait in line for ages, some films hours, just to be told they were sold out sometimes.

queuing in the 90's was not as cool as queuing in the 70's 8)

Yup the 90's had brought us CGI, so for that they deserve to burn :D

Sadly nowadays in the 00's they do not even show films past 9.30 so you cannot even see late showings anymore round our area :( which sucks bad. I remember seeing Independence Day at 1am in the morning on opening night, not the greatest fim of all time, but memorable viewing experience. Now most films kick out before 12 at the latest.

Ahh Videos bring back memories :D

Gonna have to dust off my vids and get them down and see what I have left in the boxes.
