i'm not much of a fan but clearly it was a phenomenal hit so this disc may appeal to someone at this price.my daughter loves it,mainly for johnny depp.

If you do buy this the USA BD is the way to go. It's Region Free and has 24-Bit audio unlike the 16-Bit on the other versions. It's rare for HD Movies to be in 24-Bit. This adds lots of depth to the audio.

Doh!

To clarify the 24-Bit audio is on the PCM track. DD5.1 isn't capable of supporting 24-Bit, unlike DTS which can.

They're re-releasing it soon with the framing issues fixed, so it's best not to buy it at the moment, anyone who's interested.

what makes me laugh about the framing issue is no-one even noticed it until months after it's release,so it can't be that obvious can it!

Thanks Salty. I couldn't find 3 I wanted at £13.99.

I didn't realise Warner had released The Prestige on HD-DVD and BD. Unlike the USA Buena Vista Region A BD the UK BD is also Region Free. The USA BD does have (24-Bit) PCM too though.

That Foxy link is weird. I've checked 3 titles and none of them are in stock, and one has no "Check Stock" or "Buy" buttons.

amazon.com have a buy one get one free offer on warner blu-ray titles. two $19.95 titles when converted at checkout come out at £14.57 shipped,around £7.30 each 8) all are region-free, Enter The Dragon & Road Warrior (uncut) are in there!

It's not working for me

. At checkout it comes to £24.

EDIT: I see what's happening if you pick two titles at $19.95 the discount isn't applied but if you pick one $19.95 and one $23.95 the $19.95 one is free and comes to £16 including postage. What rubbish. The two titles I want are both $19.95. There aren't any I really want that are $23.95.

CORRECTION: I just tried it again using a different $19.95 title and this time no discount. What a crock of shit, get your discounts working Amazon. I even tried it in IE7 just to be sure.
