Romero said it, are you surprised? It's coming from the man who makes some of the most ridiculous statements ever.

I just saw the new Leon video. On the upside at least he doesn't sound nervous for once but my god his voice isn't nice to listen to. Just awful!

It's not very good, no. Its only marginally better than the live version
I don't know if Rhydian will be a "big star" ie, sell Leona levels of albums but supposedly his album will be a "proper" album and feature mostly original stuff - he deserves to do well IMO.

I hate it when these pop stars release an album of mostly covers.

I can't see Rhydian being a big star.
He's too quirky for mainstream appeal and his style of singing won't appeal to the youth market.
Anyone else hear the rumour that he stabbed himself in the cheek with knitting needles to create that facial scar(!)

I did wonder how that came about. Agreed, he'll do better in the theatre.

He's had an offer from Lloyd Webber to be in Phantom of the Opera 2 (Phantom in Manhattan) I think, supposedly the lead (!)
Don't know where the scars from.

Why not?
He's also signed with Simon Cowell's company now (Sony BMG I think) so he's got to decide I guess

Depends whats on it. Better original material than covers but full versions of 1 or 2 X Factor performances would be great
