My point: Compared to Mario Brothers it's a masterpiece

Haha, I don't know about that. Mario was at least entertaining and watchable, I just found Tomb Raider 2 to be really pointless, with nothing about it worth watching. The first one is fine, though, for what it is.

I thought they were both pretty much the same film. When the lovely Jolie bunches the shark classic

I found Mario to be quite entertaining and good fun back in the day TBH (I was 11
) but it made no attempt recreate the atmosphere/feel of the games - in fact its Blade Runner lite visuals were the complete opposite.

Real english
"When the lovely Jolie punches the shark, classic."
 I cannot see anything wrong with the TR films, they feel a lot like Indiana films to me, just not quite as good, but I do like them both.

If Tomb Raider 2 comes on terrestrial TV, I'll give it another chance.

OMG I've really seen it all now. ROMERO correcting my English
Romero is half right. Yes I should've added a comma but grammatically the sentence should be:
It’s hilarious when the lovely Angelina Jolie punches a shark, classic.
My sentence had no begginging and there is more than one shark so The shark was also incorrect.
@ Mark I assume you've not seen the film? Near the start Lara literally punches a CGI shark in the gob. It's so stupid you have to laugh.

I've not seen Tomb Raider 1 or 2. Both look crap. And I'm not a fan of Angelina's either.
As long as we're correcting English it should be: ". Classic." and not ", classic."

IMO she's a better personality than actress if that's the right word to use. I get the feeling she has much more interesting things to say in person than her acting abilities.
She's dam hot too!

Not so. I could've used a semicolon instead of a comma I guess but not a full stop.
We could be here all night
The sentence was mostly correct in the first place; much more so than others here ever bother with. It just made me chuckle Romero of all people correcting my (or anyone else's) English.

Why the hell not? Romero has directly in the past said that he thinks a person's taste in films is shit (eg he's said that about Mark a few times) and no one bats an eyelid.

Nothing special really... good body that's about it.

A full stop or a colon would've been appropriate. But neither a comma nor a semi-colon.
The sentence was mostly correct in the first place
It made no sense.

If we're being pedantic "no sense" would've meant you didn't understand it which I know you did so it can't have.

You were fucking fair game. Directly attacking people for having different opinions to yours. You obviously can dish it but can't take it, pussy.
The others let it slide because you're a 'harmless adorable idiot man-child'.

"bunches a shark, classic" makes NO SENSE.
I merely assumed what it meant.
