I got an email back and it seems the replacement program is only open to people who live in the US/Canada. Bugger

Re: The General HD Releases Thread!
Emailed Disney and asked them if it only effects early copies/pressings, and asked if I rebought it, would it be fixed?
The title goes back into the Disney Vault soon apparently

Must've changed their policy then, because they replaced the framing problem POTC disc for international customers.

I doubt they're response would change if I asked again, and what they say is true

Re: The General HD Releases Thread!
So the USA Pinocchio BD has Mono and it's exclusive as usual right? Which for Grim/Mark discounts any other copy. I'm also correct in saying Pinocchio BD was released ages ago but Disney are only just re-issuing it? Is the remix on the USA BD also faulty?
Surely if they've fixed it, new copies are going to be fine? Tracking down a fixed copy (it sounds like Amazon aren't aware of it for example), will be tricky.

Will buy as soon as it's a more reasonable price.
I know Criterions are expensive and never go below a certain point but if I can get it for about $15.99 or less that'll do.
