How long does an item take to come back in stock?
I was browsing around and next to the HK DTS DVD of Accidental Spy it said "Track it Down", I thought that meant it was OOP but on the next page it only said "Temporarily Out of Stock".

I'll be notified when it comes back in, is it a long wait?

It's out of stock, maybe isn't very popular, could be out of print, there are lots of reasons. You're going to have to ask

hey,

they do change to out of print status when that's a fact and the track it down service works...sometimes. Got my Autumn Moon vcd that way.
