5 hours behind UTC (GMT has been replaced by UTC but the times are the same). So:
"Sale will commence 7:01am June 1st and end June 15th 6:59pm (UTC/GMT)"
"EST is 5 hours behind of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)" -

p.s - Cheers Eva I'll check it out. 2 weeks is a healthy sale time too.

It's supposed to be silly. Please learn to take a joke.

It seems you save a couple of $ or something on say, The Simpsons sets.

Going by X-Men: SE which I have my eye on the sale is a WHOPPING 6% reduction ($13.53 down to $12.66).
I'm guessing (but could be wrong) it's a 6% reduction. Making X-Men: SE still cheaper at Amazon.com ($17.13 vs. $16.95).
Hardly worth the bother considering you can't buy box sets (customs).

To be fair this kind of joke is going to offend Slasher more (if memory serves me correctly).
I'd see the funny side but wouldn equally be uncomfortable laughing at humour where animals are being badly treated. We all have things that for whatever reasons we're more offended by.

So we're saying this sale is not good? A sale is a sale.

I'm saying that yes but as for the rest of the Bullets community I couldn't say.
True sale is a sale but I'm not going to rush out and buy titles I wasn't planning to buy otherwise for such a pitiful amount especially in the case of X-Men anyway it's still cheaper elsewhere.

Fair enough.
I dont think I'll bother either. In the case of Simpsons, S6 and 7 will be cheaper still when S8 comes out in August.

What about the Peckinpah Westerns set? I've been wanting to pick that up.
