Can anyone compare these two DVDs for me, what they are like in terms of PQ and extras?

I cant decide which one to get.

This R2UK Artificial Eye release does not exist, only an OOP Tartan.

Look, no 400 Blows in their catalogue or is it listed on Amazon UK.

Damn, the Criterion is missing the 1957 Truffaut short film "Les Mistons" (The Brats).
Oh well. It still looks very good, almost certainly beats the Tartan.
