Disgrace. Arsenal should have had a penalty when Adebayor's shirt was tugged. Gallas was indeed a tit, and shouldnt have acted so childishly, but Brum shouldnt have had a penalty. Clichy got the ball FFS
Hope Eduardo is back soon. Despite what Wenger said after the game, he has now retracted his statement saying his comments about Taylor were "excessive"

Yeah I agree he was a bit of a prat wasn't he? This wasnt a normal situation (pretty shocking) but still, doesn't mean Gallas can act like a kid.

I think he had it in his mind to win this game at all cost, for Eduardo's sake.
SOmetimes when your in sport, you give yourself an extra goal like that, to put yourself over the shock and pain etc etc. So I guess instead of worrying about Eduardo for the rest of the game, he made it his goal to lead his team to victory no matter what. I guess this game was really personal to him.

TBH, his behaviour didnt bother me much. Gallas has been a great captain, and in matches when stuff like this happens (you see your teammate with his foot hacked off), it's only normal that some players have too mcuh stuff going on in their mind.
All respect to both teams that after that Eduardo injury that it didnt turn into a madhouse, with tackles flying all over the place.

Also, I dont think it was the intention of Taylor was to hurt Eduardo. On the BBC the guys also exlained it best. On dutch forums everyone was also screaming that Taylor should be banned for life etc, but that's ridiculous. Every weekend you see a couple of bad tackles, occasionally VERY bad tackles, and usually everyone walks away pretty much unharmed. Now it turns out bad and the guy who did it should be banned for life!? Come on now(!)

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...
