My thoughts:Universal Pictures Video has announced the DVD and HD DVD releases of We Own the Night for the 7th of April, priced at around £17.99 and £24.99 respectively. The only bonus material consists of 'The Making of We Own the Night' featurette (55 mins).

It looks like Universal have only said "they'll support BD" but not when or where.
It's not dead in America either, Atonement wasn't released that long ago from Universal either. At least Paramount have done the right thing and stopped releasing on it.
I really wish Universal would stop it. They're only making things more awkward for everyone. Especially when Universal above everyone have stacks of HD-DVDs to re-release, which isn't going to happen until they stop releasing HD-DVDs.
Paramount BD re-releases I'd imagine should be coming fairly soon.
