Piranha 3D
Trailer:
http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/weinstein/piranha3d/
Looks pretty fun.
Haven't seen the original (how much is this a remake anyway) and might keep it that way as the last time I was watching a Aja remake (Hills) I was hoping I had not seen the original (Aja's version was technically far superior, but knowing the storyline really hurt the experience).

Well it does have a Porn Star in it, so at least she should get her bits out in the Kelly 3 way scenes.

Re: Piranha 3D
This seems to have bombed in the usa at least, 10 million opening weekend.Best news about this reboot though has to be Richard Dreyfuss reprising his Matt Hooper character

Re: Piranha 3D
Had no idea Dreyfuss was playing Matt Hooper. Now THAT'S funny. Actually this movie has had some surprisingly decent reviews in the UK. Might do better business here.
The Switch (Jennifer Anniston romcom) and Scott Pilgrim have also bombed in the US.
The Expendables holds onto the #1 spot.

Re: Piranha 3D
The advertising for Piranha was pretty dire, it is a very violent film and has tits and everything else on show (literally haha)and really all the trailers made it out to look like a PG kids film! WTF! did they expect!
SHOW WHAT WE ARE GETTING IN A TRAILER MORONS!!!
Mind you any old shit in 3D has made cash, so why this film failed is very odd.

Re: Piranha 3D
If you mean the trailers on TV. That's obviously going to be the case. It's shown before the watershed.

Re: Piranha 3D
Nope I mean cinema trailers, all trailers from every country I have seen from UK and America (even net ones sucked). They are all shit PG ones with not a drop of blood or tit or even a cock
and hey you are wrong about TV trailers by the way, they show far more than many cinema trailers (even before 18 rated films). The Expendables recently had a UK TV ad where it showed all the goriest bits, lasted about 15 seconds and was just packed full of knife hacking and people exploding. While the cinema trailer showed nothing, not a drop of blood!
Still at least that made cash
