CD-WOW/Lovefilm

Post by grim_tales »

I got a wierd letter from CD-WOW today telling me that a DVD case sent back to them had one of "my" CD's "Born To Be Wild" in it instead, and could I return the DVD (Old Grey Whistle Test Vol. 1).

I dont understand this.

1) You sent me the BTBW CD in error you numptys! :x Its' your mistake not mine. I sent it back to them ages ago explaining it was the wrong item (or I thought I did).
2) I also recieved WT v.1 again recently, watched it and sent it back, so I've already returned it.

Sent them an e-mail. I hope they understand. :?

They're usually pretty understanding about things like this in my experience.

Just send them an e-mail explaining what has happened, and include as attachments the other e-mails you sent to them before.

They should sort your problem out straight away.

They sent you a letter? That's unusual.

When I used the free trial, a DVD got lost in the post when I sent three back, and I told them I sent it back so they didn't charge me or anything.

Yeah I thought that was wierd. :?
As I said I sent them a e-mail explaining what happened. Its' impossible for me to send TOGWT back with the slip on the letter, unless I put it in my queue again and sent THAT one back..
