Saves a lot of time, and the recaps give you anything pertinent that you need to know. Good advice :)

It's £38.99 at CD Wow, which is obviously customs safe. But if Movietyme are definitely customs safe then that appears the place to get it from.

Does anyone know if Amazon.com are customs safe? I've e-mailed Movietyme to confirm if they are, as I don't want to take any chances :)

It turns out that Movietyme isn't customs safe either. I finally got a reply from them, after waiting 9 days...

'Hi Mr. Constable,

Thank you for your mail.

Unfortunately we have no control over Customs ourselves. We would not
want to say that you wouldn't incur any additonal charges and this to be
untrue. All items over the £18 value are subject to custom charges.
Custom charges must be bourne by our customers if they become
applicable.'

But have you been purchasing box sets that have a value over £18? Customs checks are pretty random anyway, so you've just been lucky. I don't want to risk it after what happened to me last time. I reckon I'll be getting it from CD Wow.

Yeah but its unlikely you will get charged customs because customs charge on the basis of the value of the GOODS, no? Ignore the postage.
I'll compare them but DVD Pacifics annoying shipping cost calculation annoys me, weren't you once saying Amazon were the place to buy Kingdom of Heaven DC R1 from? :)

and customs wil make it more than other places :) it will be maybe 9 quid for that package.

Yes I got Kingdoam of Heaven from amazon, becuase it was under customs limit LOST isnt even close, its way over 18 quid. Will end up costing over 30 quid for me as customs always get my things.
